However, we’re committed to your satisfaction. If you receive:

• A damaged or defective item

• The wrong product

• An item that is missing from your order

• Products must be unused, unopened, and reported within 48 hours

• Refunds are not applicable for reasons of personal dislike, sensitivity, or change of mind

• Refunds (if approved) are issued to the original payment method
